1 General Provisions

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds into 5555rr: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits may only be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same method used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification Requirements

We may request identity verification documents for large withdrawals. If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed. 5555rr reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

4.4 Currency

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not currently supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give you a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 25 times, meaning you must wager 25 times the total of your deposit and bonus before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotion has a specific duration and conditions, which will be stated on the promotions page.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If fraud is suspected after a bonus has been issued, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus.
• Winnings earned using a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or in any other way.

5.3 VIP Program

5555rr has four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level. 5555rr reserves the right to change VIP levels and benefits.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Terms

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is voided due to software or server issues, the stake will be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel any bonus or winnings claimed on the basis of incorrect information displayed due to a technical error.
